About the Role
This position supports the promotion and operation of company products across channels, ensuring market strategies and regulatory changes are promptly reflected in materials and processes.
Key duties include marketing material design, print and procurement coordination, channel administrative support, event material management, and report analysis. Strong communication and data analysis skills are required to enhance channel operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Product Operation 產品營運
Revise and design DM (Direct Mail) materials in response to market/channel strategies and regulatory changes
因應市場及通路策略、法規調整而改版設計或調整DM
Ensure the accuracy of DM content before printing
確保DM印刷前的內容資料正確
Coordinate internal and external communication for printing needs and manage printed materials
印刷需求內外部溝通及印刷物管理
Handle procurement & reimbursement processes
請採購和請付款作業
Channel Support & Operation 通路支援與營運
Assist with channel contract administration and official document collaboration
通路合約行政或公文協作
Manage and dispatch channel insurance application forms
通路要保書管理及寄送
Procure and manage channel event PR items (e.g., sales aids, gifts for deals, holiday gifts)
通路活動公關品（例如輔銷品、成交禮、年節禮等）請採購及管理
Provide support for pre- and post-channel event preparations
通路活動前後籌備支援
Handle procurement processes & reimbursement for channel events
通路活動請採購和請付款作業處理
Support channel relationship maintenance operations (e.g., administrative support for holiday gifting, holiday card design)
通路關係維護之營運協作（如年節送禮行政支援、年節圖卡設計等）
Report Analyze Support 報表分析支援
Compile and conduct basic analysis of channel performance reports
通路業績相關報表彙整及基礎分析
Compile and conduct basic analysis of channel product sales reports
通路產品銷售相關報表彙整及基礎分析
Collaborate on internal and external presentations or reports related to channels
通路相關內外部簡報或報表協作
Transformation & Acceleration Support
Utilize automation tools (such as RPA and workflow management systems) to handle standardized administrative tasks, report compilation, and data analysis
利用自動化工具（如RPA、流程管理系統）處理標準化行政作業、報表彙整與資料分析
Integrate digital platforms for the design, review, and distribution of promotional materials, reducing manual communication processes
整合數位平台進行宣傳品設計、審核與發送，減少人工溝通流程
Use data dashboards to monitor channel operational performance in real time, proactively identify issues, and propose optimization suggestions
運用數據儀表板即時監控通路營運績效，主動發現問題並提出優化建議
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of automation/digital systems, and provide training for colleagues on their use
協助導入及維護自動化／數位化系統，並培訓同仁使用
- Education Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience 1-3+ years in financial services, business support direct experience, including process optimization experience is plus.
- Good logic with proactive communication, and interpersonal skills.
- 碩士學歷尤佳。
- 具1至3年以上金融服務或業務支援相關工作經驗；具流程優化經驗者佳。
- 具良好的邏輯思維、積極的溝通能力與人際互動技巧。
