About the Role
The Talent Development Advisor is responsible for the Compliance training requirements across ANZ. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to
ensure that training needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures compliance across all manufacturing sites meets regulatory and KHMS Standards.
- Develops and oversees the implementation of training programs related to Compliance (EHS, Quality, Bullying and harassment) working closely with EHS and FSQ teams.
- Coordinates with site managers, HR and Legal teams on compliance and training matters.
- Works closely with site teams on the implementation of compliance training and ensuring centralised repository of information through LMS Workmetrics - and helps to train the site to log training through the platform.
- Creating compliance-related training modules to ensure employees understand regulations, safety standards and company policies.
- Ensuring training aligns with industry-specific regulations and legal requirements.
- Identifying compliance knowledge gaps around compliance.
- Continuously monitoring changes in Compliance laws and adjusting training materials accordingly.
- Assisting in internal and external audits by ensuring the site teams keep records are up-to-date.
- Facilitate training sessions when necessary, ensuring that training objectives are met.
- Coordinate external trainers, vendors, and specialists for specific subject areas.
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role, with at least 2-3 years in training coordination, human resources, or learning and development.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training-related software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
