    The Job:

    As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you’ll join our DEWALT Professional Channel team in Box Hill, Victoria (hybrid: 1 day office, 4 days WFH). You’ll drive profitable growth and market share for all categories except Outdoor by leveraging advanced analytics, trade marketing expertise, and project management skills.

    Your duties will include:

    • Collaborating with Business Managers and Product Category Managers to maximise sales and profitability using data-driven insights and advanced analytics (Excel, AI).
    • Developing and executing impactful product-based trade marketing promotions and programs.
    • Designing and delivering customer-specific programs with sales teams using creative and strategic approaches.
    • Contributing to account-specific business plans and strategic initiatives through advanced analytical methods.
    • Owning pricing and SGM for customer-specific programs and open market promotions.
    • Tracking, reviewing, and analysing financial performance of promotional activities using advanced Excel and AI techniques.

    • Advanced proficiency in Excel and AI applications for marketing analytics.

    • Strong communication, time management and autonomy in multi-project environments.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and process stages simultaneously.
    • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline (desirable)
    • Previous experience in a product-based trade marketing.
