Leads automated and manual testing initiatives, including framework design, API, web, database, regression, report validation, UAT, and production testing. Manages testing plans, deliverables, metrics, dashboards, client engagement, and post-implementation support. Mentors testing teams, develops innovative quality strategies, conducts end-user training, and ensures timely project delivery.
Should have knowledge on Jira/Zephyr knowledge, Web and API testing exp • Design, Configure, and Implement Test Plan and Framework • Manage Testing Deliverables Independently • Handle Testing deliverables independently, propose innovative testing strategies to ensure quality and delivery on time • Mentor and guide Testing team on Automated functional Testing, Database testing, API Testing, Automated Report validations, Regression testing, etc., • Engage in Test management, planning and client management • Develop and execute detailed API testing plan for manual and automation testing. • Set up Testing Dashboards with Testing Metrics, Defect Metrics to share with Project team and Senior Management • Develop, test, and deploy customizations as required by the project and provide ongoing post-implementation support. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Validations • Design and conduct training sessions for end-users to maximize adoption and effective use of the system
