Test Automation Architect

We are looking for a Test Automation Architect with 10+ years of experience in test automation to drive our automation and quality engineering strategy across modern, cloud-native platforms. Reporting to the QA Practice Manager, you will lead automation-first and shift-left testing, while pragmatically introducing AI-enabled test automation to improve coverage, resilience, and delivery speed.

This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and DevOps teams to embed quality early and scale automation effectively.

• Own the end-to-end automation architecture across UI, API, mobile, and non-functional testing
• Define automation standards, patterns, and governance, while contributing hands-on to framework design
• Introduce and apply AI-assisted testing for test generation, self-healing automation, intelligent test execution, and defect analysis
• Design, build, and evolve automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, API testing tools, and Appium
• Integrate automation and AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Act as the technical authority for automation and quality engineering practices
• Mentor senior testers and automation engineers; perform architecture, framework, and code reviews
• Define and track quality and automation metrics, supporting release readiness and continuous improvement

To be considered for this role you will have: 

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, including framework design and architecture
• Strong expertise with modern automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with, or strong interest in, AI-driven testing approaches
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence engineering teams
