  • Sales or analytical experience—background in sales, account management, or data-driven roles is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills—able to influence diverse stakeholders and drive customer engagement.
  • Commercial acumen & negotiation skills—you know how to sell, strategize, and close deals.
  • A proactive problem solver—you take ownership, prioritize effectively, and thrive in KPI-driven environments.
  • Data-driven decision-making—comfortable using Power BI, Excel, and insights to identify growth opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Grow sales & brand presence—optimize distribution, drive in-store execution, and secure prime shelf space.
  • Develop strong customer relationships—influence decision-makers and negotiate key placements.
  • Deliver Perfect Store execution—ensure displays meet our Picture of Success objectives.
  • Leverage data & insights—analyze store performance, identify gaps, and drive incremental growth.
  • Lead merchandising execution—provide clear direction to merchandising teams for flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders—work cross-functionally to implement innovative retail solutions.

Travel & Requirements:

  • This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across Melbourne’s East, North-East, South-East, and Mornington Peninsula.
  • Work independently while being supported by a strong team.
  • Occasional overnight stays may be required for meetings & onboarding.
  • Must have a valid full driver’s license.
