What We’re Looking For:
- Sales or analytical experience—background in sales, account management, or data-driven roles is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills—able to influence diverse stakeholders and drive customer engagement.
- Commercial acumen & negotiation skills—you know how to sell, strategize, and close deals.
- A proactive problem solver—you take ownership, prioritize effectively, and thrive in KPI-driven environments.
- Data-driven decision-making—comfortable using Power BI, Excel, and insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Resilient & adaptable—able to pivot and respond quickly in a fast-moving, ever-changing market.
- A self-starter—you enjoy working independently while being part of a high-performing team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Grow sales & brand presence—optimize distribution, drive in-store execution, and secure prime shelf space.
- Develop strong customer relationships—influence decision-makers and negotiate key placements.
- Deliver Perfect Store execution—ensure displays meet our Picture of Success objectives.
- Leverage data & insights—analyze store performance, identify gaps, and drive incremental growth.
- Lead merchandising execution—provide clear direction to merchandising teams for flawless execution.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders—work cross-functionally to implement innovative retail solutions.
Travel & Requirements:
- This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across Melbourne’s East, North-East, South-East, and Mornington Peninsula.
- Work independently while being supported by a strong team.
- Occasional overnight stays may be required for meetings & onboarding.
- Must have a valid full driver’s license.
