The Pakenham branch has an opportunity for a Territory Manager (Sales Consultant) to join our Agriculture Division (John Deere). In this role, you'll bring expertise, energy, and responsiveness to a team dedicated to world-class customer service and innovative solutions. This position offers excellent earning potential and opportunities for long-term career growth within a global organisation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell new and used whole goods products within the designated sales territory.
  • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Keep current on product knowledge and equipment.
  • Keep current on customers’ business activities and needs.
  • Develop marketing and promotion strategies for the territory.
  • Prepare customer status reports, including but not limited to sales call activity, closing, follow–up, and prospect reports as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Sales industry experience and comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment are considered an asset.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
  • Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport and travel internationally.
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence.
