This is a Victoria based role that will also cover Tasmania with a short trip approximately every 2 months.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to exceed targets
- Build strong relationships with Nurse-Unit Managers, infection preventionists, nurses, and healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Deliver product demos, educational sessions, and training programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support
- Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and market analysis skills
- Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in health, business or related field (preferred)
