The role

As a Territory Manager for CMF, you will work to grow Stryker's business in hospitals and surgeon practices all over NSW, by building strong customer partnerships, providing clinical expertise during surgical cases, and demonstrating Stryker's long-term commitment to improving patient outcomes. This role will involve a mix of clinical peri-operative support and business development/territory building activities to drive sales growth.

What you will do

  • As a Sales Representative, you work strategically to promote and sell Stryker CMF products to meet our customers’ needs
  • Identify, qualify and close new customer sales opportunities in designated territory.
  • Plan and implement effective territory sales strategy required to progress deals through the process
  • Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships with Surgeons and Key-Opinion-Leaders
  • Ensure positive communication and collaboration with key internal partners and teams; use corporate resources effectively to maximize success of your territory
  • Thrive in our fast-paced environment and live out your mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better

What you need

  • 3+ years of successful direct healthcare sales experience in areas such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals (preferred)
  • Executive presence and influencing skills; excellent negotiation and the ability to close sales
  • Demonstrated proficiency in providing complex clinical product support to Surgeons and Nursing staff (preferred)
  • Relationship savvy with a solid understanding of how to sell in the healthcare setting
  • Ability to effectively convert leads into new relationships and closed deals 
  • Self starter with a strong sense of creativity and innovation
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas
