About the Role
DP World is seeking an experienced Tenders Manager to join our Commercial Logistics team, based in Melbourne CBD. In this role, you will lead and coordinate the preparation of high-quality tender submissions, ensuring full compliance with client requirements and company standards. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of tender, RFQ and RFP processes, including the coordination and presentation of complex and multi-site tenders.
Working closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders, you will develop high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and showcase the strengths of DP World Oceania’s services.
Key Accountabilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process, including RFPs, RFQs and RFIs across DP World Oceania’s services
Coordinate the preparation of high-quality, compliant tender submissions in line with internal governance and client requirements
Partner with sales, operations and finance teams to develop accurate, competitive and commercially viable proposals
Develop tender strategies, timelines and submission plans to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Maintain tender pipelines, registers and reporting to support business planning and forecasting
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
5+ year’s experience in tenders, bids, commercial or pricing roles within Commercial Logistics environments
- Experience applying organisational standards and legislative requirements when reviewing and developing RFQs, negotiating terms, and supporting contract processes
Strong understanding of Commercial Logistics operations, including transport, warehousing and integrated logistics solutions
Proven experience managing complex tender submissions with multiple stakeholders
High level of analytical, reporting and commercial capability with strong attention to detail
