Your RoleWe are seeking a talented and driven Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing visual designs that align with our brand identity while resonating with our audience. Your creative vision and attention to detail will help bring ideas to life across various platforms and media.
Design Excellence: Craft high-quality visual designs for marketing campaigns, product launches, websites, and social media.
Graphic Design: Expertise in typography, color theory, composition, and layout for digital and print media.
Brand Development: Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints, contributing to the evolution of our visual identity.
User-Centered Design (UCD): Skilled in designing with the user in mind to ensure functional and aesthetically pleasing outputs.
Creative Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing and Product) to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
Storytelling Through Design: Transform complex ideas into visually appealing and easily digestible narratives.
Design Tools Mastery: Maintain proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant platforms.
3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including branding, digital design, and motion graphics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and motion design tools.
Exceptional ability to think outside the box and translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
Comfortable iterating on designs based on feedback and changing project scopes.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams like marketing, product, and development.
Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with blockchain, Web3, or tech design is a plus
