What You'll Be Doing
As a Technology Solutions Advisor, you'll be hands-on in helping customers adopt the latest industrial tech solutions – think automation, data-driven systems, and smart warehouse tools. This is not a desk-only job – you'll be out on customer sites, collaborating with experienced teammates, and bringing real solutions to life.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Visiting customer sites to understand their needs and match them with the right tech.
- Using data analysis tools to spot hidden opportunities and drive smarter business decisions.
- Building relationships and trust with clients to help them modernise their operations.
- Running demos and tech trials that bring solutions to life.
- Supporting projects from start to finish – planning, coordinating, and making it happen.
- Helping with documentation and customer support to keep everything running smoothly.
Who You Are
You don’t need years of experience – you just need the right attitude, a hunger to learn, and the drive to grow. This is a perfect role if you're early in your career or recently graduated and want to get into industrial or logistics technology.
You’ll thrive if you have:
- Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Office).
- Great communication and people skills.
- A knack for organisation and time management.
- A willingness to travel (1-2 weeks per month across Victoria and Tasmania).
- A current driver’s license.
- Experience in customer service or admin? That’s a bonus – but not a dealbreaker.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics or a related field. Desired, but not essential.
