The Technical Solutions Engineer role functions as a critical interface between engineering and customer-facing teams, facilitating the resolution of complex technical issues and integration of solutions. This position is responsible for the troubleshooting of customer requests, the configuration and management of system integrations, and the strategic coordination of information flow to optimize operational efficiency. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of technical systems and the ability to translate technical complexities into actionable solutions, thereby supporting the organization's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving strategic business.

What You Will Do
- Support the setup of integrations and/or data manipulation
- Communicate with external teams to gather required information
- Communicate directly with customer-facing teams to assimilate requirements, walk through processes, and troubleshoot issues
- Support with addressing requests from the Customer Experience Team to work resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineering teams
- Track tickets to effectively communicate status with stakeholders while coordinating resolution efforts across the organization
We're Excited to Learn More About You
Your experience may include:
- 2+ years in technical support
- Knowledge of Excel, with the ability to transform and manipulate data
- Understanding of how web applications work
You may have other skills or credentials, including:
- Excellent communication skills to work alongside a variety of teams
- Familiarity with network Protocols: HTTPS, FTP, SMTP, TCP, and the ability to differentiate between when they are used.
- Coding experience implementing scripts using Python a plus
- Working knowledge of APIs and experience working through the command line or via out-of-the-box tools such as Postman
- Familiarity with AWS services is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL and running queries
