What you’ll do here

  • Be a customer champion: Provide complete and efficient after-sales technical support for partners, distributors, resellers, and end users over the telephone, via a Web portal system (support tickets in writing), and via chat.
  • Problem-solve with purpose: You will own cases from start to finish, using your technical skills and a customer-first mindset to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and ensure  smooth resolution.
  • Impact & influence: You will embody our core values, acting as a role model and encourage customer-centric approach, with your ability to deliver quality of communication and troubleshooting.
  • Grow your expertise: Dive deep into Axis technology! Participate in ongoing training, staying on top of our product innovations. You will also have exciting opportunities to contribute to global FAQs and knowledge bases, sharing your insights with a wider audience

This position is based in Melbourne, Australia. While primarily being office-based to foster our collaborative culture, we are open to discussing flexible work arrangements upon request. Any flexibility would be subject to business needs and manager approval. Occasional travel occasionally within APAC or to our global HQ in Sweden will be part of your growth journey.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  •  A people-person and are enthusiastic to help others to solve problems
  • Tech-savvy with strong computer and network knowledge.
  • Eager to learn with a passionate about technology
  • Foundational knowledge with familiarity in TCP/IP, SIP, video streaming technologies, switches, routers, servers, network camera, NVR, and IoT.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A service and open-minded individual.
  • Bonus points for experience in a customer-facing role or an international company.
