The Position

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for the delivery of Digital solutions for new and existing customers. The TPM works directly with the Project Manager, Technical Architects, Configurators/Developers, Business Users and IT resources to implement the business requirements into a workable product. The digital solution comprises Enterprise content management (ECM), capture platform, Sftp etc. The TPM is also responsible in creating data models from the past projects that will be used in fulfilling the solution engineering requests that might arise from time to time from the presales team.

 

The Responsibilities

  • General Responsibilities:
  • Translating the Technical Specifications, Business Requirements, into a detailed design document for the development team to use
  • Closely work with the Project Manager and Technical Architects on the project schedules & solutions by locking in the Level of Effort (LOE) from the configuration/software engineer team
  • Designs, plans, and coordinates technical work teams composed of product configurators and/or sr engineers
  • Ensure that the configuration/development activities are delivered on time, meet business and technical requirements
  • Ensures execution of product roadmap through the Agile Development process, including definition of release plans, epics and oversight of stories and backlog
  • Develops and documents detailed technical design specifications, technical requirements and system functional design diagrams
  • Serves as the Quality Assurance lead for the DS system, ensuring the overall solution and system quality
  • Good understanding of Infrastructure, networking, firewall to design and implement solutions guiding the configuration/software engineering team
  • Exceed the customer expectations by challenging the status quo by designing and delivering the products and services on time

The Person

  • Minimum of 8 - 10  years of technical solutions implementation, work experience with new and legacy technical solutions, integration, development or in
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Strong computer skills: proficient with Google application bundle
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies (ie.:. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, RUP).
  • Experience with scanning projects Kofax Capture, Kofax KTM, Globalscape
  • Experience with IDP, RPA and Automation tools (UIPath, AutoIT, Automate)
  • Experience with information management (DMS, ECM, Workflow Automation, BPM, A/P, Intelligent Document Processing, etc.)
  • Experience within the outsourcing, SaaS, or hosted solutions industry is a plus
  • Experience working with DevOps and following the CI/CD delivery model
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good experience to present and explain technical solutions to the Business Leadership
  • Cultural adaptability
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Must be detail oriented
  • Flexibility to work from home, office and customer places when there is a need
  • Experience working with Global Technical Centers of Excellence (COE
  • English required. Additional languages are a plus
  • Technical Exposure:
  • .Net, .Net Core, C#, HTML, CSS, Java, Python, and/or Angular
  • SQL, MongoDB, and/or Oracle
  • Data Transformation: ETLs, Reporting Services
  • MVC, API, Microservices, Blazon, NodeJS, Unit Testing and QA Tools

Special requirements

  • Hybrid/Virtual/Remote work environment
  • Travel as required (between 30%-40%) including international travel.Flexibility to occasionally work across various time zones for Global Location
