As the Tech Lead - Frontend, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our frontend engineering team. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the development of frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and technical solutions.
- Frontend Architecture: Architect, design, and implement scalable frontend solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Testing and Debugging: Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests) and debug production issues.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Define and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, ensuring smooth integration of new features.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices, and advocate for continuous improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of technical specifications, architectural decisions, and project workflows.
Requirement:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React and Next.js.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring frontend teams.
- Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience working closely with U/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect and responsive designs.
- Perrformance Optimization: Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Tooling: Experience with frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite) and version control (Git).
- Testing: Proficiency with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
- CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Github Actions).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with backend technologies such as .Net.
- Familiarity with AWS.
- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
- Experience with micro-frontends and frontend performance monitoring
