We’re looking for a hands on Tech Lead to own and evolve the systems that power critical business operations across Finance, Purchasing, and Order Management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on complex integrations, improving legacy systems, and driving meaningful technical change.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and drive technical direction across integrations, order management, and internal systems
- Lead hands on development in C# and improve system performance, scalability, and reliability
- Prioritise work across BAU and uplift initiatives, balancing business impact, risk, and technical investment
- Partner closely with stakeholders across Finance, Purchasing, and Operations to shape priorities and deliver outcomes
- Uplift architecture, testing, and CI/CD practices to reduce lead time to change
- Maintain stable, secure production systems, especially across financial and purchasing workflows
- Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and clear delivery plans
- Balance BAU stability with ongoing system uplift and modernisation
- Mentor engineers and lift team capability
What you'll need:
- Strong backend engineering experience with expert level C# and solid SQL
- Experience building and maintaining integrations and production systems at scale
- Exposure to ERP environments, ideally SAP Business One, with development around the system (integrations, databases, services)
- Understanding of finance or purchasing workflows within ERP driven systems
- Solid fundamentals in system design, testing, and CI/CD
- Proven ability to lead technical direction and influence stakeholders
- A pragmatic, delivery focused mindset
