ORBIS Senior Technical Consultant

What you’ll achieve
As a ORBIS Senior Technical Consultant you will be part of the team responsible for bringing Europe’s leading Electronic Medical Record (EMR) solution into the Australian market. You will be required to perform ORBIS installations and upgrades, provide technical support and manage ORBIS environments and at times be responsible for coordinating activities such as root cause analysis, working closely with the Delivery Manager and Program Managers in raising risks and issues and providing status updates to clients and responding to their actions You will contribute to the design, creation, and delivery of a solution to our customers. The primary focus is to ensure all components align to deliver a safe, robust and reliable product to our customers. The ORBIS Senior Technical Consultant will be a key contributor to the successful market entry for the ORBIS EMR. Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
- Leverage your proven EMR and technical domain expertise to develop expert ORBIS knowledge, shaping our regional EMR solution
- Manage, maintain, and optimise ORBIS environments (servers, network infrastructure) in accordance with global specifications and other relevant documentation.
- Assist in the design of overall system and solution architecture, system integration, and implementation strategy to aid in the delivery of an integrated cloud deployed solution which meets local customer and market needs.
- Work with Solution, Integration and Security Architects and other project resources to implement end-to-end secure solutions that follow implementation best practices.
- Work with a skilled team right through from concept to installation and maintenance

- Demonstrated experience in contributing to and implementing documented solution designs.
- Ability to lead technical workshops and work with stakeholders of all levels.
- Proven proficiency and experience in various technologies including Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Citrix Servers, Oracle Databases, Cloud and Network Infrastructure, ICT security, Kubernetes, Distributed printing environments, Deployment Automation and more.
- 3+ years’ experience with healthcare applications including integration and providing technical support for Cloud and legacy applications.
Desirable Requirements
- Proven EMR experience and understanding of healthcare application integration.
- Proven experience with AWS cloud services
- Relevant Industry Technical Certification(s) (eg AWS SysOps).
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Logstash, Kibana, Maven and NPM.
- Experience with NGINX, keycloak, dockers, Quarkus, OpenSearch and go
- Experience with Wildfly Java app server
- Demonstrated skills and experience with Active Directory Federation Services, SQL Server, No SQL, Elastic Search, Citrix Virtual Apps and development environment, RedHat OpenShift, DevOps Pipeline, FHIR and HL7 protocols.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Advanced communication skills including an ability to change communication styles to suit different scenarios.
