Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with a focus on extracting insights from large datasets using SQL. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.

  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support business intelligence needs.

  • Create and automate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and identify trends.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

  • Continuously monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving issues as needed.

  • Maintain existing reports, dashboards and procedures and become a knowledge expert

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a data analytics role.

  • Proficiency in SQL with a proven ability to write complex queries.

  • Proficiency with Python scripting and .csv manipulation

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

  • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry a plus
