As a member of the TraceLink University customer training organization, you will develop eLearning, video, and Instructor-Led Training (ILT) curriculum for product and industry training offerings. You will use your design skills and creativity to develop engaging learning experiences for TraceLink customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a learner needs analysis to design course learning objectives, learning plans, eLearning interactions, exercises, and knowledge checks.

  • Design and implement role-specific customer product training using Madcap Flare, Articulate Storyline eLearning modules, Camtasia, and PowerPoints.

  • Ensure customer success on the TraceLink University Learning Management System platform.

  • ​Develop and deploy learning paths, courses, assessments, and live session modules in Skilljar. 

  • Assist TLU Operations with other Skilljar maintenance.

  • Edit, QC, and publish learning materials.

  • Assist with the design of new blended learning approaches including eLearning, social learning, video courses, and virtual ILT.

  • Assist with documentations of team production and LMS processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline such as Instructional Design, Technical Writing, English, Marketing, or Graphic Design; 

  • 1 - 3 years of experience with web design software and/or eLearning development tools such as Camtasia or Articulate Storyline.

  • 1 - 3 years of experience developing curriculum and/or web content.

  • Ability to design graphics that communicate technical material clearly.

  • Ability to learn software tools quickly, including eLearning development tools like Storyline and Camtasia and Learning Management Systems like Skilljar.

  • Excellent analytical skills, strong written communication.

  • Flexible, team-oriented individual who can function in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail with the ability to abstract to higher-level views of technical material.

  • Ability to quickly master complex technical material.

  • Ability to analyze learners’ needs and predict where they might have difficulty using software features.
