Work Setup:
Brisbane Time-zone (10 AM – 6 PM AEST)
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday

About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Consultant with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise. This role involves bridging business requirements with technical delivery, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions. Functional consultants typically gather and analyze business requirements to design effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Design Dynamics 365 environments (tables, forms, apps)
- Implement changes and customizations in Dynamics 365
- Support data migration from legacy systems
- Manage deployments across Dev/UAT/Prod environments
- Assist in test planning, execution, and post-deployment validation
- Evaluate environments and SDLC processes for best practices
- Build integrations with Dynamics 365 and third-party systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years in Dynamics 365 technical and client-facing roles
- Experience with Dynamics 365 customization & integration [6]
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure
- Experience with Agile and SDLC practices
Nice to Have
- CI/CD & DevOps exposure
- Microservices architecture
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
