Join Infios Australia as a Technical Business Analyst! This is a pivotal role within our implementation team, responsible for bringing our automation solutions to life by ensuring every technical and business component comes together seamlessly. You’ll be at the centre of the conversation—driving clarity, consistency, and collaboration—while translating complex business requirements into clear technical solutions and well-defined user stories that power smooth, successful delivery.

You’ll work independently and alongside cross-functional teams to deliver customised, high-quality supply chain solutions with precision and confidence. What a day in the life looks like:
- Leading the requirements gathering processes, working collaboratively to understand complex business needs whilst ensuring all requirements are met for successful project delivery
- Use information gathering techniques to convert requirements into high-quality user stories, including personas, acceptance criteria to be tested functionally and synthesise information accurately and coherently.
- Translating ideas into clear user stories, workflows and data models to support development and QA whilst formulating integration-based features for sufficient technical details
- Testing & analysis to ensure during implementation phases there is no disruptions in systems and networks.
- Use data driven insight to leverage customer insights and usage data to inform technical design and strategic decisions.
- Installing, configuring, and testing any new changes to network environment or systems and administering the appropriate upgrades where necessary
- Maintaining documentation regarding all problem resolution and providing diagnosis and recommendations around future state whilst identifying opportunities for improvement
What you bring to the team:
- BA / BS / AA Degree: Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
- Demonstrated experience in core BA practices, including user stories, product backlog management, and use case development aligned to Agile delivery.
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to translate between business goals and technical needs
- A curious, analytical and product-focused mindset with a drive to uncover the 'why' behind every feature
- Self-starter with a proactive, inquisitive mindset. Comfortable engaging stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive alignment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical matters to both technical and non-technical audiences.
