What you’ll do

  • Dive into data analysis and help us make informed decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward.

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to business challenges.

  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

  • Work closely with IT and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Design and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Provide training and support to end-users.

About you

  • You must have Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency – this is essential for the role, and we can only consider candidates with these work rights.

  • Ideally, you have around 5-7 years of experience in a related field, such as Software Engineering or IT, so you can bring your technology background into this Tech BA space.

  • You have experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Bonus points for

  • Knowledge and experience in Operations Support Systems (OSS) / Business Support Systems (BSS) 

  • Knowledge of business processes in telco / eTOM 

  • Experience in the customer order and fulfilment domain, customer data management domain, or billing/charging and payments domain

  • SQL skills 

  • Exposure to AWS, microservices, Java Spring Boot, Hadoop, or PowerBI 

  • Knowledge in UI/UX development with exposure to accessibility guidelines
