As a Technical Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working within agile teams to deliver impactful digital capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Leverage deep technical domain expertise to conduct impact and gap analysis, solution design, and technical research.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders—including product owners, solution designers, DevOps engineers, testers, and technical writers—to analyse business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document user stories, workflows, data models, business rules, and acceptance criteria to support successful delivery of initiatives.
• Work with technical product owners to break down work into epics, features, and stories, and define acceptance criteria to support agile planning and delivery.
• Provide subject matter expertise in specific technical or functional domains to support solution development and issue resolution.
• Contribute to defining and tracking delivery and operational performance metrics, and support team growth and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on emerging technology trends and disruptions, and prepare tailored analyses to support the development of reusable components and capabilities.
• Use strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and drive improvements in ways of working.
 

About You

Experience in a related field, such as Software Engineering and IT.
Experience in SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
Experience in Agile Software Delivery
Desirable Experience/Skills:
Telco industry experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge and experience in Operations Support Systems (OSS) / Business Support Systems (BSS) is highly desirable.
Knowledge of business processes in telco / eTOM is highly desirable.
Experience in the customer order and fulfillment domain, customer data management domain, or billing/charging and payments domain is highly desirable.
SQL skills are highly desirable.
Exposure to AWS, microservices, Java Spring Boot, Hadoop, or PowerBI is nice-to-have.
Knowledge in UI/UX development with exposure to accessibility guidelines is good to have
Knowledge of Non Functional Requirement is highly desirable
