Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in software development, particularly in ReactJS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver innovative applications and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable web applications using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in software development with a strong focus on ReactJS.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third party services.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and its application in React development.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
