We're looking for a driven and passionate leader to align with our wholesale Oceania business plans, setting the pace for our key accounts. As the key player in this role, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and managing our elite portfolio of key accounts and account managers.

- Task 1: Be the quarterback of our AU Sport Channel. Manage the playbook for strategic accounts and represent the channel’s interests, all while balancing PUMA’s brand goals with the needs of our key accounts.
- Task 2: Lead the charge! Support the annual selling and activity schedule, like strategy and business review meetings, and push for winning assortments and customer segmentation with your Key Account team.
- Task 3: Elevate your teammates! Foster growth and development within the Key Account Team. Deliver on seasonal targets, set ambitious KPIs, and maintain momentum on orderbook monitoring.
- Task 4: Collaborate and refine our sales playbook and close winning trade terms with every account.
- Task 5: Be a stat-keeper. Track KPIs, measure progress, and ensure continuous improvement in your team’s knowledge of PUMA products. Monitor key performance areas like sales, margins, and trade terms.
