As a Team & Marketing Coordinator, you'll be a pivotal part of the Melbourne team, assisting across all stages of the leasing process. Your responsibilities will range from generating marketing collateral to coordinating inspections and managing campaign logistics. Your efforts will be crucial in delivering outstanding service to our clients and helping the team achieve key business objectives.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality pitches, submissions, and presentations
Manage marketing campaigns including brochures, EDMs, listings, and enquiries
Coordinate property inspections and client interactions
Draft and assist with documentation such as contracts, fee agreements, and agency agreements
Maintain accurate property databases and raise invoices
Track and report on team performance and campaign metrics
Manage team administration including expenses, reimbursements, travel, and event coordination
Support the team with employment changes, meetings, and vendor engagement
Provide cover for other administrative staff as needed
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
Experience in commercial real estate is highly desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; InDesign; Canva experience highly regarded
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage competing deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
Confident stakeholder management and vendor liaison experience
A proactive mindset with an interest in the property industry
