As Team Leader you will provide management and leadership for an assigned team of Client Operation Analysts. You are also responsible for the service delivery and relationships to clients under administration. Our service offering is to provide leading edge fund administration service to Iress Superannuation clients. We focus on quality and overall client satisfaction and this roles must ensure that this occurs. 

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:

  • Team Leadership and management of a small operational team.

  • Monitor and support the management of administration services for assigned clients.

  • Monitor the quality control of all documentation and client service issues.

  • Ensure processing of all functions are in line with legislation and time standards including the support of key client’s Call Centre activities -  ensure all client SLA’s are met 100%.

  • Compile regular reports on the status and adherence to relevant service level agreements both internally and for the key client.

  • Carry out project management duties for the implementation of system enhancements as well as business process improvements.

  • Management of relevant complaints/incidents and breaches.

  • Review and execute UAT testing.

  • Identification of business and operational risks.

  • Identification and development of business initiatives.

  • Ensure processes are up to date and appropriately documented.

  • Team training and effective communication of any new processes and product updates.

  • Develop excellent relationships across the client base.


 
What you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a Client Management Role within the Superannuation Industry.

  • Ability and desire to fully understand the administration solution we’re providing to our Key Clients.

  • Previous experience or deep understanding of defined benefit funds and lifetime pension products.

  • Strong numeracy skills, familiarity with spreadsheets and analytical and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and with external and internal clients and stakeholders.

  • This is a client facing role which requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Track record of successful delivery; meeting deadlines with accuracy and quality.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting, I.T. or Superannuation will be highly regarded.
