About the role:

Are you an organised, proactive operator who loves being the go‑to person that keeps everything (and everyone) running smoothly? We’re looking for a Team Assistant to support two Partners and their broader team within our Probity, Procurement & Integrity service line, a newly created role designed for someone who wants to take ownership and make it their own.

In this role, you’ll be at the centre of a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, helping the team deliver high‑quality work to government and commercial clients. If you thrive on variety, enjoy improving processes, and love making things happen behind the scenes, this could be your next step.

Key responsibilities:

  • Formatting of all client-related correspondence and reporting (adhering to National standards);

  • General data entry / client record management;

  • Maintaining CRM systems for clients and contacts;

  • Ensure team follows RSM’s internal processes, policies and procedures;

  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting;

  • Collating information for tenders/proposals, managing process and ensuring timely submission;

  • Providing ad hoc administrative support, including setting up template reports, presentations and documents;

  • Organise occasional travel;

  • Completing timesheets for Partner;

  • Ad hoc support for client events and training conferences;

  • Processing expenses within Workday; and

  • Liaising with clients/customers as required.

  • Supporting Partner email management;

  • Coordinating meetings on behalf of Partner; and

  • Documenting and managing deadlines (tenders).

  • Preparing invoices for managers, prior to Partner approval;

  • Enter data in an accurate and timely manner;

  • Finalise invoice and issue to client (acting as accounts receivable); and

  • Following up debtors/client payments.

About you:

You’re proactive, organised, and take pride in getting things done. Whether it’s managing inboxes, coordinating meetings, formatting reports, or supporting invoicing, you bring a sense of ownership and accountability to everything you do. You’re comfortable working independently, but also enjoy being part of a collaborative team.

Demonstrated experience and attributes:

  • 3 years minimum in a similar role. Professional practice experience (i.e. Accountants, Lawyers) is preferred

  • Ability to work in fast paced environments and balancing competing priorities

  • Strong communication Skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Intermediate / Advance with Microsoft Office packages
