Contribute to the profitability and growth of the GPC Asia Pacific Group as a member of the financial / statutory accounting shared services team and provide outstanding customer services to the GPC Asia Pacific Group.
What you will do:
- Consolidation of Tax processes across Automotive and Industrial divisions of GPC
- Tax Governance including Process documentation and implementation of controls testing
- Preparation of consolidated parent tax reporting submissions and Tax forecasts
- Preparation of Tax Audit committee meeting documents and Tax Board Papers
- Implementation of Tax process improvements including systems integrations
- Preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and local file reporting etc
- Keeping abreast of international tax changes and implementing where relevant to GPC
- Implementation of Fringe Benefits savings strategies in Industrial division.
- Undertake due diligence on acquisition targets
- Always follow safe work and operating procedures
About you:
- CPA / CA qualification
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to develop team members & build interpersonal relationships
- Ability to work autonomously
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
