Job DescriptionThe Opportunity
Join TAL as a Talent and People Experience Consultant. We have multiple positions available to join an agile team to co-design talent and people experience solutions with members of our People and Culture team and business stakeholders. Lead and support on programs of work that build our talent and leadership capabilities, drive a culture of learning, and champion Life at TAL commitments both internally and externally.
In this role you will:
- In conjunction with various stakeholders, co-design and implement best in class strategies across leadership, talent, capability and learning that ensures a positive and engaging experience for all employees.
- Lead and deliver solutions that align with TAL and People & Culture’s strategy, including managing agile teams to deliver on key people priorities.
- Create and promote talent development solutions that empower employees to enhance their skills, grow within their roles, and advance their careers. This includes early career, talent and leadership programs, initiatives, and offerings.
- Design and deliver solutions that foster employee engagement and empowers our leaders to self-manage and implement relevant interventions to support their teams’ engagement.
- Leverage HR technology platforms to enhance people experience processes, track employee journeys, and improve overall experience.
- Provide business and external insights and stay up to date with the latest HR tech trends and recommend solutions that optimise the employee experience.
- Analyse data related to employee engagement, retention, learning & development, and other key performance metrics and introduce or refine initiatives that address employee concerns, enhance culture and improve retention.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience and capability to lead and deliver company-wide talent, leadership and people experience change programs and initiatives
- Strong project and change management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement, development, and talent strategies
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with stakeholders to co-design and deliver solutions which support talent, culture, capability and engagement
- Strong collaborator with exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders
