Key Responsibilities- • Shape the future of our sales team: Own full-cycle recruitment with a focus on alignment, transparency, and long-term fit within a high-volume sales model
• Drive hiring results: Hit monthly hiring goals while maintaining candidate quality and building a strong, qualified pipeline
• Own funnel performance: Actively manage and optimize candidate flow
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience: Communicate with candidates at every stage, ensuring clarity, urgency, and engagement
• Facilitate interviews: Conduct structured phone interviews focused on communication, coachability, and sales alignment; document and advance qualified candidates
• Coordinate interview logistics: Host virtual info sessions, manage scheduling through Calendly, and maintain accurate UKG documentation
• Prepare and extend offers: Draft and extend offers with a focus on speed and accuracy; initiate onboarding workflows in partnership with HR and TAC
• Ensure pre-start compliance: Confirm background checks, licensing status, and onboarding completion prior to start dates
• Support onboarding readiness: Maintain onboarding trackers, follow up with candidates, and ensure new hires are fully prepared for Day 1
• Maintain systems & reporting: Keep all candidate data, interview feedback, and trackers up to date daily in UKG and internal systems
• Manage job postings: Post roles, ensure accurate targeting, and maintain pipeline flow across sourcing channels
• Spot trends and drive improvement: Use recruiting data to identify trends, improve processes, and increase hiring efficiency
- Direct experience recruiting for high-volume, inside sales roles in a Direct-To-Consumer model
- (Life insurance, P&C, warranties, or similar preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and high candidate volume simultaneously
- Strong ability to assess candidate communication skills and sales readiness
- Experience working in a metrics-driven recruiting environment
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining candidate quality standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple systems
- • Minimum of 3 years’ experience recruiting for high-volume, performance-based inside sales organization
• Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred), Microsoft Outlook, and Calendly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage shifting priorities.
• Clear, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation habits.
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Experience with onboarding coordination, interview logistics, and cross-functional communication is a plus.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Skilled in managing high-volume hiring from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Systems Proficiency: Experienced with applicant tracking systems (UKG preferred), Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Calendly, and internal documentation tools.
- Candidate Engagement: Strong communication and rapport-building skills across phone, email, and virtual platforms.
- Interview Coordination: Able to manage complex interview schedules, confirmations, and follow-ups with accuracy and professionalism.
- Offer & Onboarding Execution: Comfortable preparing and extending offers, managing background check workflows, and tracking onboarding progress.
- Documentation & Accuracy: Diligent in maintaining up-to-date records in UKG and across trackers (BDR sheet, onboarding docs, etc.).
- Event Facilitation: Confident hosting info sessions, new hire check-ins, and culture-based touchpoints like Coffee & Tea Breaks.
- Time Management: Capable of balancing multiple open roles, meetings, and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Problem Solving: Proactive in resolving scheduling conflicts, candidate issues, or onboarding delays.
- Team Collaboration: Works cross-functionally with TAC, HR, hiring managers, and other TA partners to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Data Awareness: Able to spot trends, contribute insights, and participate in TA strategy discussions.
