ABOUT THIS ROLE

This is an incredible opportunity for a forward-thinking, solutions oriented Talent Acquisition Partner. The successful candidate will be a key cog in the expansion of our growing office in Manila, Philippines. You will grow the business with your strong recruiting skills. We want a team-player willing to work on any task that comes your way from something simple to complex. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages the end-to-end recruitment process in Manila: job posting, sourcing candidates utilizing LinkedIn and other platforms for active and passive candidates, screening calls, scheduling interviews, offers and negotiation and onboarding.

  • Builds strong relationships with candidates, external agencies, and the business.

  • Partners with leadership and managers to scope the new roles to attract the best talent into their teams.

  • Identifies innovative new strategies to find the best talent. Utilizes tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify prospective talent.

  • Acts as a brand ambassador to build a strong employer brand such as utilizing LinkedIn and scoping out events to build brand awareness in the Philippines.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Management, or related field or equivalent prior experience

  • 3+ years of prior experience in a similar role

  • Global SHRM/HRCI or CIPD certification a plus

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Understanding of general human resources practices, policies and procedures including experience working in recruiting, operations, employee relations, and learning & development

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of employment/labor law in the Philippines and the practical application in a business environment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ; HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) will be a plus

  • Experience experience conducting workplace investigations and handling employee relations matters

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Aptitude in problem-solving

  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach

Work Environment

  • This job operates in a hybrid office, environment 2 days per week.
