ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is an incredible opportunity for a forward-thinking, solutions oriented Talent Acquisition Partner. The successful candidate will be a key cog in the expansion of our growing office in Manila, Philippines. You will grow the business with your strong recruiting skills. We want a team-player willing to work on any task that comes your way from something simple to complex. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Duties/Responsibilities
Leads and manages the end-to-end recruitment process in Manila: job posting, sourcing candidates utilizing LinkedIn and other platforms for active and passive candidates, screening calls, scheduling interviews, offers and negotiation and onboarding.
Builds strong relationships with candidates, external agencies, and the business.
Partners with leadership and managers to scope the new roles to attract the best talent into their teams.
Identifies innovative new strategies to find the best talent. Utilizes tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify prospective talent.
Acts as a brand ambassador to build a strong employer brand such as utilizing LinkedIn and scoping out events to build brand awareness in the Philippines.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Management, or related field or equivalent prior experience
3+ years of prior experience in a similar role
Global SHRM/HRCI or CIPD certification a plus
Required Skills/Abilities
Understanding of general human resources practices, policies and procedures including experience working in recruiting, operations, employee relations, and learning & development
Extensive knowledge and understanding of employment/labor law in the Philippines and the practical application in a business environment
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ; HRIS systems (e.g. Workday) will be a plus
Experience experience conducting workplace investigations and handling employee relations matters
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
Work Environment
This job operates in a hybrid office, environment 2 days per week.
