Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HBX Group.
Your purpose will be to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged workforce with the skills necessary to support the current and future business strategies of the organization. You will be expected to provide expert level support, consultation and steer to the business in all matters relating to talent and aligning to the latest thinking and approaches in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities focus on identifying and sourcing the appropriate talent needed to fulfill current open roles within the organization, while at the same time building a talent pipeline needed for business growth, succession planning and backfilling requirements. The remit of vacancies includes high volume positions, entry level positions and supervisory positions across assigned business units and functions.
Proficiency in Spanish is desirable but not mandatory.
Depending on location, role could be homebased or hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will focus on identifying and sourcing the appropriate talent needed to fulfill current open roles within the organization, while at the same time building a talent pipeline needed for business growth, succession planning and backfilling requirements. The remit of vacancies includes high volume positions, entry level positions and supervisory positions across assigned business units and functions.
Candidate Attraction
- Source and attract key external talent at all levels of the organization including senior leadership hires
- Develop a range of sourcing strategies tailored to meet the diverse needs of specific business unit or sector functions
- Headhunt passive talent and continuously build talent pipelines in line with business growth areas
- Deliver a compelling EVP message to candidates and act as brand ambassador for the Hotelbeds Group
Deliver a Superior Candidate Experience
- Deliver a consistent, seamless end-to-end recruitment service in line with agreed SLA´s and standards
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview, assessment, feedback and offer negotiation
- Align competency based assessments with the HBG Leadership behaviours to ensure optimal cultural fit.
Service Excellence
- Maintain strong subject matter expertise in order to provide advice on market knowledge, competitor analysis and best practice approaches
- Contribute to Talent CoE driven projects and initiatives, providing input and support as required
- Support the development of colleagues within the Talent CoE with assistance in upskilling / new staff induction training need
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years´ experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition including senior position hires.
- High volume and corporate recruitment experience is a must.
- Knowledge and experience using ATS platforms (preferably Workday) is a must, and a varied range of staffing and sourcing technologies and tools is highly valued.
- Track record of delivering results through direct search, direct sourcing and traditional attraction methods.
- Proven ability to source and attract candidates in a highly competitive market.
- Recruitment through multiple channels – social media, careers site, networking and agreed preferred suppliers.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish trust with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
- Rigor in reporting against defined data metrics and standard
- Experience of recruiting across a number of different disciplines and a diverse range of specialist functions
- Experience of sourcing and attracting talent across multiple geographies and dispersed markets
- Proven ability to operate in a constantly changing environment and remain relevant to the business
- Proven sourcing experience with the ability to recruit hard to fill / niche role.
- Able to articulate and understand the specific role requirements and business needs.
- Excellent at candidate generation and providing quality short-list / long-list candidates to hiring managers.
- Effective interviewing skills & selection techniques.
- Work at pace and prioritize own time to meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with the skills and ability to effectively prioritize a very busy workload.
- Ability to adapt to change and seek opportunities for improvement.
- Has learning agility and keeps up to date with latest approaches for talent acquisition.
- Strong influencing skills and good judgment.
- Ability to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders.
- Excellent consultative qualities with experience of partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Advanced English is a must
