Why you will love this opportunity as Talent Acquisition Partner at Civica

You'll play a crucial role in running volume hiring campaigns, executing bulk hiring from selection, assessment, vetting through to handover to our People Operations Team for onboarding. You'll have the opportunity to own the process from end to end - working with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery to meet monthly intake requirements.

You'll work from our Melbourne office on a hybrid basis - and join our team of established TA partners who are contributing to Civica's goal of becoming a Global Govt Tech Champion.

Requirements

What you will do to be successful in this role

  • Showcase your previous experience when it comes to executing and delivering volume hiring - for permanent & contract roles within the business
  • We're looking for someone with expertise when it comes to hiring for call centre & administrative roles. You'll need to have proven experience in this space as we will need you to hit the ground running
  • You'll know how to use data to hit numbers, and pivot when required. You understand data and can effectively report back to the business
  • You're comfortable working to pace & volume
  • Plan & project manage a bulk hiring campaign to ensure seamless execution & delivery - we're looking for someone extremely organised with a natural ability to plan & schedule to meet a variety of needs including stakeholder time for interviews, training etc
  • Demonstrate your understanding of requirements for vetting, endorsement requirements and background checks
  • Understand compliance, data privacy and governance particularly when it comes to working with government clients
  • Effectively partner with key stakeholders, keeping them up to date on progress against targets
  • Have a drive for process improvement and systems optimisation, demonstrating an ability to streamline processes to ensure efficiency and scalability
  • Have a keen eye for detail and an ability to organise, plan and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Be able to effectively communicate at all levels, you'll need to be able to engage with senior stakeholders, and work closely with colleagues in the wider people team
  • Be adaptable and able to work with changing priorities and processes
  • Have a team mentality and mindset
  • Ideally looking for someone with prior experience using Workable
