The Opportunity
TraceLink is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at our Pune, India facility. The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for open Software Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Ops, IT, Professional Services, Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and other miscellaneous positions as required. This is a full-time onsite regular position with potential for growth for the right person. The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner will play a critical role in supporting our growth across all organizations in the region and in other global locations as required. The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner will source and develop pipelines of highly qualified candidates, drive best in class hiring processes & practices with Leaders, interview, and close top talent. They will be responsible for recommending and implementing creative sourcing techniques including social media, professional networking, and cold calling for both active and passive candidates. Yes, we are looking for a true corporate side headhunter and seasoned recruiting professional. This position will be highly visible and responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers and executives alike.
Skills and Requirements

Must have 8 - 10+ years of recruitment experience in a Technology setting. Experience with cloud, SaaS, big data, AI, supply chain, and/or Sales Recruiting a plus.

Strong skills and experience in partnering with Hiring Managers, Leaders and Executives required. Must be able to drive and deliver on Talent Acquisition initiatives, by influencing management and getting them onboard with best in class hiring practices.

Demonstrated ability in identifying target companies, candidates and executing on recruiting efforts required. Excellent follow-up skills and a sense of urgency is a must.

Must have strong full lifecycle recruiting experience, with particular strengths in the areas of pre-closing, offer creation and closing candidates.

Experience with ATS systems necessary. Greenhouse expertise desired.

Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and experience a must.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing best in class customer service (both internally and externally).

Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Ability to shift priorities while keeping a strong sense of urgency. Should have a sense of humor and know how to have fun as part of a great team of passionate Recruiters.

BA or BS degree or equivalent experience required.
