Talent Acquisition Manager (6-Month Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to end recruitment during a key period of growth for TMX Transform. This role will partner closely with leaders across the business to deliver hiring against our workforce plan while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers. This role works across Supply Chain, Project Management and Property recruitment with a scope that stretches internationally from Australia to North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across consulting, corporate, and operational roles.
- Partner with leaders to scope roles, define hiring strategies, and prioritise recruitment needs.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates, managing the full interview and offer process.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practice interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles.
- Track recruitment progress and provide insights on hiring timelines and market availability.
- Ensure a consistent, efficient recruitment process and strong candidate experience.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience recruiting within consulting, professional services, or fast-paced environments is highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing capability and a proactive approach to talent pipelining.
