Talent Acquisition Manager (6-Month Contract) 

Location: Australia 

Contract: 6 months

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to end recruitment during a key period of growth for TMX Transform. This role will partner closely with leaders across the business to deliver hiring against our workforce plan while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. 

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers.  This role works across Supply Chain, Project Management and Property recruitment with a scope that stretches internationally from Australia to North America. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across consulting, corporate, and operational roles. 
• Partner with leaders to scope roles, define hiring strategies, and prioritise recruitment needs. 
• Source, screen, and assess candidates, managing the full interview and offer process. 
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practice interviewing and candidate assessment. 
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for priority roles. 
• Track recruitment progress and provide insights on hiring timelines and market availability. 
• Ensure a consistent, efficient recruitment process and strong candidate experience. 

About You 

• 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. 
• Experience recruiting within consulting, professional services, or fast-paced environments is highly regarded. 
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. 
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously. 
• Strong sourcing capability and a proactive approach to talent pipelining.
