The Opportunity
As OES's Talent Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading talent strategy and driving impactful change. This is a dual-role opportunity: you’ll lead our small TA team while also rolling up your sleeves to manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, drive process improvements, and champion our EVP and employer brand.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day operations
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across all departments in the business
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions
- Drive innovation in sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes
- Leverage AI and tech tools to enhance recruitment efficiency
- Provide recruitment reporting, insights, and analytics
- Support workforce planning and build proactive talent pipelines
- Embed EVP messaging and contribute to employer branding initiatives
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition - ideally internal (5+ years)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tech
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Passion for continuous improvement and candidate experience
