About the Role

We have a permanent opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to commence within our national team.

Responsible for managing a dedicated client portfolio, this role will provide guidance to senior leaders and hiring managers on all matters specific to talent attraction, brand, and candidate experience. Our talent roles, require a strong focus on proactive sourcing and talent pooling both locally and internationally. You will work closely with our Global Mobility team and Partners to identify and engage domestic and international talent.

Day to day, you will

  • Build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships across your service lines (working with a wide range of teams this role will provide you with diverse skills and knowledge in professional services)

  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle from talent pipelining, candidate experience, right through to working with our internal teams for onboarding processes

  • Promote BDO’s value proposition to candidates’, employees and external stakeholders

  • Partner with our People & Culture team to deliver exceptional client service

  • Liaise with global mobility and international hires regarding visa applications and legislative updates

  • Upskill and coach stakeholders to enhance recruitment capability through the delivery of workshops and training

  • Advise on best practice recruitment methodologies, market trends and strategies for talent sourcing.

About You

You will possess a strong background in recruitment (either internal or agency) with a passion for business partnering and strategic sourcing.

This role is suited to an individual with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build trust and rapport. You will be adaptable and able to work effectively in the grey as well as to process.

Experience in driving employer brand via digital platforms and talent pooling is desired. This is an exciting opportunity to work with an energetic and supportive team in a diverse internal recruitment role.
