We are seeking a proactive and strategic Technology Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our technology leaders, owning the full recruitment life cycle for tech roles while shaping hiring strategies that attract high-performing talent. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our tech teams with quality, speed, and a strong focus on candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers across Engineering, Data, Product, Infrastructure, and other tech functions to understand team needs, technical requirements, and cultural fit.
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Provide advisory support on hiring strategy, including market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices for inclusive hiring.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, and tech communities etc.
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, attending tech events or supporting content creation where relevant.
Who are you?
- 3+ years' experience in technical recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Ability to come into the office 5 days a week
- Strong understanding of the tech hiring landscape (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, data, product, etc.).
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident with direct sourcing strategies and modern talent tools.
- Passionate about candidate experience, inclusive hiring, and delivering quality outcomes.
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve processes.
