ABOUT KLED

Kled is building the largest opt-in human data network in the world.

We are not a labeling firm. We are not a task marketplace.

We are a consumer application where people upload their real photos, videos, and documents and get paid continuously.

We then filter, standardize, and license that data to frontier AI labs and enterprises that need fresh, rights-aware training data.

Since launching our mobile app in 2026, we have:

• Reached #1 on the App Store (Finance) with 0 paid marketing
• Scaled to 600,000+ active data contributors
• Processed 5M uploads per day
• Raised $15M+ from investors behind SpaceX, Airbnb, Coinbase, xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Spotify, Lyft, Uber, and more

Our mission is to let anyone download the app and earn a real living wage from uploading their data.

This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Take One Thing Away, Then Shoot Again". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

What you will do

Prop your phone up so it can't move. Photograph a table of objects. Take one thing away, photograph again. Five times.

Steps
  1. Put five or more objects on a table

  2. Prop your phone so it will not move, and take shot one

  3. Remove exactly one object and take shot two

  4. Say which object you removed

  5. Repeat until you have five shots

What gets rejected
  • Do not hold the phone freehand

  • Do not remove two objects in one step

  • Do not move the remaining objects around

Accepted: Five shots from a fixed camera position, exactly one object removed between consecutive shots, each removal named.

Pay

$1.30 per accepted sequence. At a typical pace of about 5 minutes per sequence, that is about $16 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 4 sequences pays about $5.20. One sequence of 5 photos per submission. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Where and when

Open worldwide: the task runs in 100+ countries. Remote, on your own schedule. Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.

What you need
  • An iPhone running iOS 18.6 or later (the Kled app is iPhone-only right now)

  • 18 or older

  • Your own writing, typed in the app

How to start
  1. Download Kled from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/kled/id6752585718 (also at kled.ai/app).

  2. Create your account and open Tasks.

  3. Search "Take One Thing Away, Then Shoot Again", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.

  4. Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.

Every submission is reviewed, and you opt in to a commercial training license on each upload; accepted submissions are licensed to AI labs. Questions: [email protected].

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
