Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with end-users and understand business needs to improve customer experience in ServiceNow, specifically understand request module
  • Represent end-user requirements with internal UnitedHealth Group ServiceNow developers during the development lifecycle
  • Perform analytics of records, discover areas for improvement and execute on those incident functions
  • Work with ServiceNow vendor developers on upcoming patching changes and module options
  • Work directly with internal IT workgroups on the creation of business forms and workflows within service request function
  • Perform analytics of service request records, discover areas for improvement and execute on those service request functions
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of IT experience
  • Understanding of HIPPA compliance
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow application
  • Proficiency with Excel

Preferred Qualifications:
  • College degree
  • 5+ Business analyst experience
  • Health care IT experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundations V3 or V4
