As part of World Kinect’s growth strategy, we’re looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Melbourne-based team. What You’ll Do
- Manage requirements and validation activities across the engineering lifecycle.
- Prepare technical performance measures and customer deliverables.
- Provide technical support to the JP8190 SEM and Technical Director.
- Monitor day-to-day engineering operations, including verification and validation.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Perform proactive analysis to support decision-making and resource allocation.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Requirements Management.
- Understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle and its implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Registration on the National Engineering Register (NER) (or active pathway).
Bonus Skills
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) accreditation.
- Experience in V&V Engineering and ILS Engineering.
- Ability to anticipate problems and develop innovative solutions.
