As a Support Coordinator you will share in our values such as Customer Always and Everyone Matters, providing our participants with ready access to supports so that they can live independently and achieve their goals.

We will set you up for success with specialised training, regular coaching sessions, and an experienced team who will support you along the way.

Support Coordination is a ‘Capacity Building’ support, which means it’s designed to help NDIS Participants build the skills and confidence to manage their own NDIS plan and supports overtime.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure customers are connected to the supports and services they require, both NDIS and mainstream.

  • Provide education on the NDIA and help customers understand how to use their plan flexibly to get the most benefit from it.

  • Work with customers to understand choice and control, and dignity of risk.

  • Assisting customers to build and maintain a resilient network of formal and informal supports.

  • Working with the customer to understand funding, identify what a good provider looks like and their expectations of the service.

  • Working with customers to develop capacity and resilience in their network.

To be considered for this role you will possess the following

  • The passion to work in the Disability sector

  • The desire to develop your career with us as we continue to grow

  • Proven experience in Portfolio and Stakeholder Management 

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Some understanding of the NDIS and associated legislation would be advantageous
