Since signing up our first participant in October 2016 Plan Partners has rapidly grown to become Australia’s leading expert in NDIS Plan Management and Support Coordination. 

We are offering opportunities to suitably experienced and passionate people to join our growing business, supporting people with a disability to realise their goals in life.   

In this role you’ll assist our team and our participants with all their enquiries.  You’ll support our Support Coordinators with all of their administrative tasks, making appointments, completing referral paperwork, taking notes and editing reports

You’ll also be able to support participants directly, organising their meetings with our team members and setting up service agreements with their service providers.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven experience in Portfolio and Stakeholder Management 

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Some understanding of the NDIS and associated legislation would be advantageous

A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a well-maintained vehicle that meets safety standards, with fully comprehensive car insurance, are required for this role. 

Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, valid NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working with Children Check or Working with Vulnerable People Check, in line with applicable State or Territory legislation.
