Join our dynamic Worldwide Support team as a Software Support Analyst! This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that puts your customer service skills and multitasking abilities to the test. You'll work directly with clients to tackle complex business and operational challenges, delivering smart, timely solutions that make a real impact. What a day in the life looks like:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and support end users
- Troubleshoot WMS, Windows OS, SQL Server, SSRS reports, and third-party software issues
- Manage WMS environments and configuration migrations between environments
- Perform WMS data administration (users, menus, zones, locations, pick/put-away sequences)
- Modify and enhance reports using Dashboard, SSRS, and Crystal Reports
- Design and implement enhancements to customer WMS environments
- Monitor SQL performance, tune queries, and optimize indexes
- Interface with customers, IT teams, project leaders, and vendors for support and implementation
- Quantify and escalate issues with supporting data to ERP vendors or third parties
- Mentor and develop operations team members on WMS tools and processes
What you bring to the team:
- Degree in Computer Science, BA/BS, or equivalent
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload
- Proficient in MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and familiar with IIS and stored procedures
- Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, HTML, XML, JSON, and OData
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, and basic networking protocols (TCP/IP, HTTPS, SMTP, DNS)
- Flexible for rotational on-call support; supply chain knowledge is a plus
