Based predominantly in our Rowville Support Office, this program will give you invaluable experience and skills to thrive in this field.
What’s on offer?
As a graduate at GPC, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and with a range of different people, adding value to the overall running of the organisation. The program will encompass 4 x 6-month rotations across the following Supply Chain & Logistics Business Functions:

S & OP

SC &L Commercial

Optimisation

In-store experiences across our 20+ brands including Repco, NAPA Auto Parts, Motion etc

Opportunity to travel to GPC sites in the Greater Melbourne region, interstate, and New Zealand
About you
We are looking for a motivated self-starter, who can seamlessly integrate into our team, with an eagerness to learn and grow your career within the automotive, industrial and consumer goods industries.
The ideal candidate will have a humble attitude, and the willingness to learn from others, and adapt to different environments and dynamics.

A University undergraduate degree (evidence required)

Have, or will have, completed any university degree within 24 months before December 2025
