GPC Asia Pacific are excited to present an incredible opportunity for a Supply Chain and Logistics Graduate to join our 24-month graduate program, commencing January 2026.
Based predominantly in our Rowville Support Office, this program will give you invaluable experience and skills to thrive in this field.

What’s on offer?

As a graduate at GPC, you will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and with a range of different people, adding value to the overall running of the organisation. The program will encompass 4 x 6-month rotations across the following Supply Chain & Logistics Business Functions:

  • Distribution

  • Transport

  • S & OP

  • SC &L Commercial

  • Optimisation

  • In-store experiences across our 20+ brands including Repco, NAPA Auto Parts, Motion etc

  • Opportunity to travel to GPC sites in the Greater Melbourne region, interstate, and New Zealand

About you

We are looking for a motivated self-starter, who can seamlessly integrate into our team, with an eagerness to learn and grow your career within the automotive, industrial and consumer goods industries.

The ideal candidate will have a humble attitude, and the willingness to learn from others, and adapt to different environments and dynamics.

  • A University undergraduate degree (evidence required)

  • Have, or will have, completed any university degree within 24 months before December 2025

  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
