The Supply Chain Efficiency Lead is managing a portfolio of supply chain initiatives that improve and innovate planning, operations execution, develop collaboration, and enhances capabilities across the network.
The role serves as an interface with the Global Supply Chain , all INB sites and supports the implementation of Lonza-wide initiatives.
The role owner leads and participates in projects. Furthermore the role provides supply chain performance reporting to teams and functions.

What you will do:
Project management: Lead and contribute to strategic supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely execution across collaborators
Portfolio management: Keep tabs on pivotal moments within location-based procurement projects and establish strategies to overcome challenges
Collaborating with the team within the Global Supply Chain: Assisting the team in coordinating project portfolio and establishing streamlined systems and processes. Ensure readiness in sites
Process Optimization: Identify, recommend, and implement improvements in core supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness on platform and site level
Application Ownership: Act as application owner (e.g., WEMBI, PowerBI reporting) and ensure its effective use, data consistency and continuous improvement.
Critical metrics, Reporting & Analytics: Report on key Supply Chain performance metrics, develop new KPIs in collaboration with global teams, and ensure accurate and timely availability and reports.
Encourage the sharing of knowledge, practices, and communication to foster the exchange of valuable insights within the network. Act as a connector between site teams, subject matter experts, and the broader SC community and communicate successes and lessons learned
LBMS Maturity Development: Drive initiatives sought at growing Lonza Business Management System (LBMS) maturity across sites, encouraging a culture of operational excellence.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
Demonstrated expertise in operations within the supply chain, project management, and improving processes
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with KPI management and reporting tools
Excellent communication and collaborator management skills
Familiarity with enterprise systems, planning, scheduling like SAP, IBP, OMP is a plus
Enhanced PowerBI capabilities to lead reporting system for the INB platform
Cross functional collaboration e.g. PM, Finance, QA, Ops, CD
Experience in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma (6σ) and organisational change is desirable
