You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our high-quality products reach customers across Australia and New Zealand efficiently and reliably.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire a passionate logistics team (3 direct reports) to deliver outstanding service and results.
- Provide leadership to identify and deliver optimum and effective logistics solutions. Anticipate ongoing user requirements, enhancement, and development of logistics digital systems and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers and 3PL suppliers to deliver superior service outcomes and efficient cost solutions.
- Continue driving the digitalisation journey of the Royal Canin supply chain, in particular cost to serve and sales & operation execution.
- Oversee and optimise the end-to-end performance of our 3PL partners, ensuring seamless supply chain execution.
- Partner with local, regional, and global Royal Canin teams to develop and deliver strategic initiatives in the Australian and New Zealand markets.
- Be the key interface between Royal Canin and our 3PL providers – collaborating, problem-solving, and driving innovation.
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams within logistics or supply chain (FMCG, pharmaceutical or retail experience preferred).
- Strong background in 3PL management, transport, and distribution centre operations.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with experience in system/process enhancements and project delivery.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplined, customer-facing organisation
