Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing the supply and demand planning for bulk ingredients? We're looking for a dynamic individual to ensure our supply is perfectly balanced with demand, engaging key stakeholders in the process. This role offers you a breadth of experience across both Supply and Demand planning.
This is a 12-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Planning: Coordinate and balance supply plans across product groups, working closely with production planners and the optimization team.
- Demand Planning: Facilitate monthly forecast reviews, balance supply/demand, and collaborate with the sales team to manage aged stock.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock holdings within budgeted targets, address excess stock and shortages, and ensure inventory safety.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare monthly reports, communicate production performance, and focus on continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
- Qualifications: Bachelors in business, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in FMCG, with a preference for dairy industry experience.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, SAP (APO) strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills.
